  • Finding peace and relief within the storm (heck, it could even be fun!)

  • Discovering the relief in grief

 

Week 3:

Entering into HIBERNATION

  • Times of rest, hibernation & dormancy

  • Liminal: The space between ‘no longer’ and ‘not yet’

  • Gifting ourselves periods of discernment

 

Week 4:

Living the T.A.O.

 
  • Becoming Transparent, Authentic and Open

  • Living from a place of our inner truth & knowing

  • Cultivating presence and abiding inner peace

  • Tending to all the parts of ourselves

 

Week 5:

Winter Wonder & MAGIC

 
  • Waking up to wonder, magic and miracles

  • Transforming our pain into inner peace & purpose

  • Clean slate, fresh start, open heart

 

Week 6:

Lighting the Path of SOUL

 
  • Powerful principles to create a life you love
