Imagine walking into a cozy log home, tucked away in the Vermont woodlands. Warm tea and treats await your arrival. You flow slowly through a day filled with sparkles and spirals of enchantment and wonder.

Winter Solstice/ Yule is a magical marker on the wheel of the year. Learn about the deep origins and mythology of this sacred season and how to align your own rhythms with this time of dormancy, rest and dreaming.

Enjoy guided experiences to welcome the winter, an outdoor hydrotherapy circuit complete with a sauna, cold plunge and hot tub, and time to catch up with your own heart and soul. Join other women in a safe and sacred container where you get to show up exactly as you are while dreaming into the portal of solstice.

Cost includes retreat day at a super cozy log home in Elmore, seasonal teas and treats, all activities & supplies, full use of hydro-circuit and a homemade Ayurvedic winter feast/ lunch. .

Retreat Schedule:

9:45 am: Arrival & Welcome-

Gently land in our retreat container, unwind, grab tea or a snack and settle into sacred space

10 am: The Mythology & Magic Of Solstice Circle-

Introductions, guided group meditation, the deeper meaning of Yule in mythology + journal prompts and soul sharing

11:30: Break

12pm: Catered Lunch: Warming Winter Feast-

Enjoy an Ayurvedic-inspired seasonal feast to nourish the body

1 pm: Weaving Winter Dreams-

Introduction to making fragrant Winter Solstice Smudge Sticks with cedar, cinnamon and orange

1:30-3:30 pm pm: Hydro Circuits + Indoor Cozy Crafting Time-

We’ll break into 2 groups and while half the group does the outdoor hydro circuit, the other group will craft Solstice Smudge Sticks by the fire (then we will switch groups)

3:30 pm: Mini Break

3:45-4:45 pm: Afternoon SOULstice Ritual Circle-

Fire ritual, S’mores and hot cocoa, merriment and magic (indoor or outdoors depending on weather conditions)

5 pm: Goodbyes!
